CHILD SAFETY STANDARDS

Adults only. No exceptions.

Our commitment

Kamuffins prohibits any content or conduct that sexualises, exploits, endangers or harms a child. This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, the solicitation of sexual contact with a minor, and any attempt to use Kamuffins to arrange such contact. We do not permit anyone under 18 to hold an account.

Prohibited uses

Age assurance

Every member must enter a date of birth showing they are 18 or older before a profile can be created. Accounts that we find, or reasonably believe, belong to a minor are removed.

How to report

Every profile and every voice note in Kamuffins can be reported from inside the app using the Report control, and any match can be blocked immediately. Reports involving a child are treated as the highest priority. You can also contact us directly at support@3degrees.app. If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

What we do

When we identify or are made aware of CSAM or CSAE conduct, we remove the content, terminate the account, preserve the reported evidence as required by law, and report the material to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and the Australian eSafety Commissioner where applicable. We cooperate with law enforcement requests made through lawful process.

Compliance with child safety laws

Kamuffins complies with applicable child safety laws in the countries where it is available, including mandatory reporting obligations and the Australian Online Safety Act 2021. These standards also form part of our Community Guidelines and Terms.

Designated point of contact

Questions about these standards, our CSAE prevention practices or a specific report can be sent to our child safety contact at support@3degrees.app. This contact is able to speak to our practices and compliance.
