Need help?
The monitored company support address is being activated with the standalone Kamuffins domain and must be published here before submission.
If you want to leave Kamuffins, visit the account deletion page.
What to include
Include the email address used for your account, a short description, the approximate time of the incident and any report reference shown in the app. Do not forward private or intimate media by ordinary email.
How reports are handled
Reports are prioritised by safety risk. A trained moderator may review the reported profile or message, contact the reporter for necessary details, restrict an account, preserve evidence and record the outcome. Access to private audio is limited to reported evidence or an explicit, justified and audited moderation action.
Privacy, deletion and appeals
Use this support route for privacy access or correction requests, account-deletion help, or to request review of a moderation decision. We verify account ownership before disclosing or changing account data.
Emergency help
Kamuffins is not an emergency service and does not monitor conversations continuously. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Illegal or seriously harmful online content can also be reported to the Australian eSafety Commissioner.
