Before sharing
- Keep your home, workplace and daily routine private.
- Never share passwords, sign-in codes or financial information.
- Be cautious if someone quickly asks for money or moves off-platform.
- Remember that voice can show personality but does not prove identity.
Meeting in person
- Meet in a busy public place and arrange your own transport.
- Tell a trusted person where you are going and when you expect to return.
- Keep your phone charged and leave whenever you feel uncomfortable.
- Do not rely on another person for medication, money or transport home.
Moods are not consent
Standard, Naughty and Emasculated are optional self-selected conversation statuses. They expire after one hour, apply only to that conversation and never authorise sexual content or behaviour. Report, block and unmatch controls remain available in every mode.
Use the safety controls
Report a profile or specific message when rules may have been broken. Block to immediately end the active match and prevent further interaction. Unmatch when you simply want to end a conversation. More detail is available in the Community Guidelines and Support.
Immediate danger
Kamuffins is not an emergency service. Contact local emergency services if you or another person is in immediate danger. Serious online abuse or illegal content may also be reported to the Australian eSafety Commissioner.
