Using Kamuffins means accepting these Terms
You must accept the current Terms and Community Guidelines before creating a discoverable profile. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Adults only
Kamuffins is strictly for people aged 18 or older. You must provide an accurate date of birth and must not help a person under 18 access the service.
Your account
You must provide accurate information, protect your sign-in access, use only your own identity and profile, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. One person may not operate multiple deceptive accounts.
Matching and communication
A mutual like creates a match. Matched members may exchange asynchronous voice notes and, when accessibility mode is enabled, typed replies. There are no live calls. A conversation mood is a self-selected status only: it never represents consent to sexual content, contact or conduct.
Respect and consent
Harassment, threats, hate, impersonation, scams, non-consensual sexual content, exploitation, stalking, doxxing and pressure to move an interaction off-platform are not allowed. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you create. You give Kamuffins a limited permission to host, process and display it only as needed to operate, secure and moderate the service. You must have the right to upload your photos, bio, voice and other content. Do not upload another person's private or intellectual-property-protected material without permission.
Reporting and moderation
You can report a profile or message, block a member, or unmatch. We may investigate, remove content, limit features, suspend or ban accounts, preserve reported evidence, and cooperate with lawful authorities when reasonably necessary. Moderation decisions may be reviewed through the support process.
Service changes and availability
We may change, test, pause or discontinue features to improve safety, comply with law or operate the service. We do not guarantee that every match, message or feature will always remain available.
No guarantee about other members
Voice notes may help personality come through, but Kamuffins does not guarantee another member's identity, intentions, statements or conduct. Use caution when meeting or sharing information.
Account deletion and termination
You may request deletion in the app. We may restrict or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, creates risk or must be restricted by law. Data is handled under the Privacy Policy and published retention schedule.
Liability, consumer rights and governing law
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law rights. The final warranty, liability, dispute and governing-law clauses require counsel approval before launch.
